The WKJWY-200 large field schlieren can eliminate the integration display of flow field information in this test optical path by conventional shadowgraphs and schlierens, and only display the flow field information of the interested section. Large field schlierenIntroduction to WKJWY-20:

The focusing shadowgraph is mainly used for imaging cross-sectional shadowgraphs in flow fields. Its imaging surface is about 2-5mm behind the cross-section and is used for fine display measurement of flow fields. It is based on the principle that the refractive index gradient of light in the measured flow field is proportional to the airflow density of the flow field. The change in density gradient in the flow field is transformed into the change in relative light intensity on the recording plane, making the areas with severe density changes such as shock waves and compression waves in the compressible flow field observable and distinguishable images, and thus recorded. It mainly consists of a laser, a laser beam expander, a Fresnel lens, a grating, a focusing imaging objective, a knife edge grating, an imaging screen, and a camera. Capable of imaging the focused cross-section of the flow field.

It has the advantages of simple results, good imaging technology, and high accuracy. It converts fluid density changes that are invisible to the human eye into light intensity information and records them, making the observation of the flow field more direct and vivid. Especially with the development of color schlieren technology, the captured images are more beautiful.

System composition: It mainly consists of a laser, a laser beam expander, a Fresnel lens, a grating, a focusing imaging objective, a knife edge grating, an imaging screen, and a camera.

The light source and laser beam expander provide uniform illumination for the system and provide sufficient brightness to meet the requirements of clear imaging when taking high-speed camera photos.
