working principle

Taking the application of an automatic weighing and batching system to a material as an example to illustrate its working principle, the material is stored in a turnover bin, the automatic batching system is started, the vacuum feeder is started, and the material is transported to the measuring tank. After the measuring tank is stored, the weighing module reads the weight data of the measuring tank and performs digital to analog conversion through PLC. The PLC obtains the current total weight of the measuring tank. At this time, the unloading screw starts to unload, and the PLC will dynamically subtract the current weight based on the current total weight of the measuring tank and the set single weighing weight. The current weight is monitored in real time. When the difference between the two data is equal to the set target weight (a compensation amount can be set here to compensate for the error caused by signal or action delay), the unloading screw immediately Stop output to complete one weighing. After reaching the set time interval, the second weighing will begin until the weight of the material in the measuring tank is insufficient. The weighing action will pause, and the vacuum feeder will automatically start to replenish the material into the measuring tank. After the replenishment is completed, the weighing will continue, and the cycle will follow this pattern.
